Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MavelsTech's NeuroStack™ platform (neurostack.mavelstech.in) and all related enterprise services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services. Enterprise customers may be subject to additional terms as specified in their service agreements.

Platform Description

NeuroStack™ is MavelsTech's enterprise AI and data platform, providing:

• MedullaAI: Foundation model services
• InsulaAI: Emotional and contextual intelligence
• AxonAI: Neural network optimization
• SynapseAI: Data connectivity and integration
• CortexAI: Advanced analytics and insights
• OccipitalAI: Computer vision and image processing

Enterprise Accounts

When your organization creates an enterprise account with us:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current business information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials
• You must designate authorized administrators for your organization
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your organization's account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, subject to the terms of any applicable service agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Exceed usage limits or circumvent platform restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Process data in violation of data protection laws

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of MavelsTech or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

"MavelsTech," "NeuroStack," and associated logos are trademarks of MavelsTech. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Customer Data

Regarding data you process through NeuroStack™:

• You retain ownership of your data at all times
• You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Services
• You represent that you have the right to process such data
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws
• We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law

Service Level & Support

Enterprise customers may be entitled to specific service levels, support tiers, and availability guarantees as defined in their service agreements. Standard platform availability targets and support channels are detailed in our documentation portal.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT, MAVELSTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MavelsTech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. For enterprise customers, termination rights and procedures are governed by the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and we will handle your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Enterprise customers will be notified of material changes through their designated communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
